The Rehabilitation Institute of Florida at FMC Campus is a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation program.

We specialize in the treatment of loss of function due to injury or illness and our goal is to restore healthy function and independence. For some patients, prolonged immobility can result in pressure wounds, loss of appetite, decreased endurance and strength, depression or anxiety and impaired balance and coordination. Our rehabilitation program’s goal is to restore the maximum level of function and independence to our patients.

Our professional team works together to develop personalized outpatient treatment programs tailored to the specific needs of each patient. Our team includes a variety of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, speech pathologists, respiratory therapists, and a certified lymphedema therapist.   • Computerized equipment for evaluation, treatment, work, simulation, and exercise
  • Functional capacities evaluation and physical reconditioning equipment
  • Independent living skills area
