Total Joint Replacement
Total hip, knee, partial knee and shoulder replacement surgery is offered at FMC Campus. Our Surgeons are dedicated to help our patient’s receive maximum pain relief and restored function allowing them to resume a more active, fulfilling lifestyle.
Spinal Surgery
Lumbar and cervical surgery using advanced instrumentation along with the O-arm multidimensional surgical imaging system technology. This can be used for the treatment of disc herniation, stenosis, fractures, trauma and degenerative disc disease.
Sports Medicine
An arthroscopic or minimally invasive procedure is used to evaluate or treat joint disorders. This can be used to remove damaged tissue or repair structures to relieve pain often preventing further damage to the joint.
Rehabilitation Services
Our trained team of rehabilitation professionals includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. Our goal is to restore lost function and to assist our patients in achieving functional independence to the greatest extent possible. With a physician referral, patients can continue their outpatient therapy at the Rehabilitation Institute of Florida-FMC Campus. Our beautiful outpatient rehabilitation center is located across the street from the hospital with an indoor heated pool.
Pain Management
Our interventional pain program offers a variety of procedural interventions to help manage pain. Our team includes anesthesiologists specialty trained in pain management. Our goal is to help patients manage their pain through interventions such as epidurals, trigger point, facet, and myofascial injections, spinal cord stimulators and pain pumps. We see both in and outpatients.
Blood Conservation Program
Blood conservation strategies are used to minimize blood loss during and after surgery. Preventing, detecting and treating anemia are important factors to avoid the need for a blood transfusion and maintain optimum health. Our Anemia Clinic is a proactive approach to treat pre operative anemia. This program is available to all patients who desire medical care without the use of donor blood for any medical or surgical procedure.
